Return and Refund Policy

No refunds, Exchange Only. We take pride in our candle making process and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we do understand that might not always be the case, as each individual is different. Please contact us at Adoracandleco23@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 3 business days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We wanted to create something unique and true to our culture. All our products are handmade/handcrafted right here in JAMAICA. Our jars are made with a concrete mixture and sealed with Earth Safe Finished Sealant. No two jars will share the same design based on how they are poured. Please note items are still classified as ‘fragile’, items will shatter if they fall. There will also be minor imperfections on some jars, however all our candles are tested to ensure the best burning experience.
